Peter Barker - President

Peter started rowing in 1963 whilst at school. In 1995 he was one of several Upton locals who set up Upton RC. Since then, Peter has been a member of the club's committee taking on most positions including chairman and captain. For 20 years he represented the West Midlands on the British Rowing Recreational Rowing Committee. He was presented with the BR National Volunteer of the Year Award for 2017.
